submissions to this site
We appreciate and welcome submissions of photos, videos, and other similar material. Due to the high volume of items received, not all submissions will be used, but Trooper tries to post many of them online - on the Trooper web site or the Trooper Facebook or Twitter accounts - so they can be enjoyed by other Trooper fans.
In an effort to avoid any confusion about Trooper's right to use these pictures (or any other submitted material), please note the following disclaimer:
All photos, material, and/or submissions of any kind sent to Trooper are gratefully accepted on the condition that they may be utilized and/or displayed in any way by, and at the sole discretion of, Trooper, Hot Shots Productions Inc., or their representatives. Any conditions or compensations for their use, implied or otherwise, must be clearly stated and detailed in writing to Trooper prior to submission.

passes and prizes
Important information about prizes/donations contributed by Trooper:
VIP Passes
A VIP pass entitles you to free admission to the Trooper performance of your choice, and the opportunity to personally meet the band members back stage and hang out with them. *Some exceptions may apply. Pass is not valid for private or corporate functions, or venues and events which insist on restricted access, maximum security, and/or pre-screening (e.g. Olympics, Calgary Stampede, PNE Vancouver).
Please note that Trooper's tour schedule results from the hiring of the band by venues and events across the country, and that is what determines where they perform and on what dates. Trooper is not involved in whether a show is private, adults only, or restricted access - these are factors that the people paying for and hosting the show understandably get to decide. Therefore it is impossible for Trooper to predict who may win any contest/auction/draw to which passes have been donated, or when the band may be hired to perform at a show close to the recipient.
Pass has no cash value. Pass does not include travel or accommodations, or any compensation for same. You may transfer ownership to another recipient if you choose, but a pass can be redeemed only once. There is no expiry date.
To redeem, please contact business [at] trooper.com at least a week in advance of the show date, state which show you wish to attend, and quote the confirmation number given on the prize certificate. Failure to notify us at least in a week in advance might make it impossible to arrange for your VIP attendance on your requested date.
