Sold-out shows across Canada, millions of records sold, and a dozen hit records on ten gold, platinum, and multi-platinum albums. Enshrined in The Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Canada's Walk of Fame, The BC Entertainment Hall of Fame, and honored with JUNO and Road Gold Awards, Trooper's story began in 1969 when teenagers Ra McGuire and Brian Smith penned the Canadian classics, 'Oh, Pretty Lady' and 'Raise a Little Hell'. Today, that legacy continues. Trooper's extensive collection of hits, coupled with their exceptional live performances by Gogo, Scott Brown, Clayton Hill, Paul Laine, and Steve Crane, continue to propel the band forward ‒ honoring the renowned tradition of "Canada's Party Band".

"There are many symbols and institutions we are all proud of in Canada -
socialized medicine, the invention of ice hockey, the discovery of insulin, to name a few ...
but perhaps no one person or thing says “Canada” like Trooper."
~ Rick Mercer
